He dined at napa & co.....

Last Thursday night we dined at napa & co for Restaurant Weeks and we're happy to report it was just like every other week, simply extraordinary.  It's reassuring to know that this restaurant maintains its high standards at all times.  Lunch or dinner, weekday or weekend, special menu or regular, it's apparent that management and staff work very hard to be consistent.   Our table tried began with the Caesar Salad and the Veal Meatballs then ordered Garganelli Bolognese and Pan Roasted Salmon for
entrees.  Finished off with a tasty selection of fresh sorbets and an incredible Banana Spring Roll.  You might find similar items on other menus but at napa & co each dish was remarkable.  The wine list is broad and you don't need to spend a lot for an excellent wine.  We paired dinner with two very reasonable yet outstanding wines.  We're definitely going to try to catch one more dinner there before Restaurant Weeks ends.
